Plot Synopsis
In 1988, the drivers of the Sanggye Supreme Team become entangled in an investigation into a VIP slush fund operation. On the day of the opening ceremony of the Seoul Summer Olympics, a car chase, including the Sanggye Supreme Team, take place in the city. Movement of illegal funds take place under the chaos of everything happening in the city. Drivers are recruited to chase after the money. The important players are Dong-Wook (Yoo Ah-In), who leads the Sanggye Supreme Team. Other members of the Sanggye Supreme Team include Woo-Sam (Ko Gyung-Pyo), who is also a DJ, and Bok-Nam (Lee Kyu-Hyung), who knows the city streets of Seoul like the back of his hand. Yoon-Hee (Park Ju-Hyun) is the younger sister of Sanggye Supreme Team leader Dong-Wook. She is also the leader of the biggest biker club in Seoul. Joon-Ki (Ong Seong-Wu) can fix anything. He isn't blood related to Dong-Wook, but he is close to him like a brother. General Mangaer Lee (Kim Sung-Kyun) plays a key role in transporting the slush funds and laundering the money. Chief prosecutor (Jung Woong-In) recruits the Sanggye-dong Supreme Team in the VIP slush fund investigation operation. Chairwoman Kang (Moon So-Ri) is a powerful person behind the VIP and a magnate in the private loan market.
